Dundalk Simon Community engaged the services of PC Repair Centre in 2009 in the form of a maintenance contract to cover 30 computers and laptops in our various project locations.
In that time, PC Repair Centre have been most helpful in complying with the terms of the contact - but in addition, they are prompt and deliver service to us on an immediate basis if needs be. And it has happened on occasion that when wages are due for e.g. and some probelm arises, they are immediatley on scene or giving step by step advice over the phone on how to rectify a computer problem. They also speak the language of the layman (or laywoman in our case!) - they advise and support us simply, briefly and to the point. They do not try to blind us with techology based speak. Overall, they are good value, great to work with, available in an emergency situation and helpful to us in every way.
