Dash operate a dedicated phone support system, along with an online helpdesk. Each ticket is assessed upon entry and directed to the correct person with the knowledge to solve that problem. Issues are graded upon urgency and resolution times (SLAs) are based upon this. Our aim is to bring every issue to resolution within the agreed timeframe.
